Hi everyone. Christmas is getting so close, I can almost hear Santa’s sleigh bells. So in today’s video, I’ll share with you some of my go to desserts for Christmas time. Plus after all that baking I’ll show how I quickly clean up the mess. Please let me know if you try any of these recipes! I’ll list them all below. Recipes :

Cherry Delight

Crust: 2 1/2C graham cracker crust, 1 stick of butter, 1/2C sugar
Combine together, transfer to dish. Compress firmly. Bake @350* for 8mins.Cool completely.
Filling: 8oz cream cheese, 4C Cool Whip, 1 1/2 t vanilla, 1C confectioners sugar…..1 can ready to use cherry pie filling
Whip together until creamy all but cherry pie filling . Add over crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate and Enjoy
Sugar Cookies

1C sugar, 1/3C butter, 1/3C Coconut oil—Combine and beat until light and fluffy
2eggs beaten, 1T milk—Add to wet ingredients
2 1/2C sifted Flour, 1/4t salt, 1/2t baking powder, 3/4t nutmeg–In large bowl whisk together. Slowly add to wet ingredients
Shape into mound and chill.
Roll onto surface lightly “floured” with confectioners sugar to 1/4inch thick. Cut into shapes. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and Bake @375* for 8mins. Let cool 3m then transfer to cooling rack.
Pumpkin Pies (makes 2 )

2 pie crusts-
1Can/15oz Pumpkin, 2eggs beaten, 2c milk- —stir together
1C sugar, 4T flour, 1/2t Salt, 1t pumpkin pie spice.—– Whisk together then add wet ingredients
Bake pie crusts according to package. While crust is baking, heat pumpkin mixture on stove top continually stirring until thicken about 10m. Remove crust from oven. Transfer liquid evenly and bake @375* for 25-35mins or until knife comes out clean 1 inch from crust edge.
Slice and Enjoy
Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

1 3/4C flour, 1t baking soda, 1/2t salt—in small mixing bowl sift together and set aside
1/2C butter, 1/3C Peanut Butter—in large mixing bowl cream together and gradually add…
1/2C sugar, 1/2 brown sugar (firmly packed) then add……
1 unbeaten egg, 1t vanilla
Blend in dry ingredients. Shape dough into round balls (walnut size). Roll in sugar and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake @ 375* for 8m. Unwrap Hershey Kisses. Remove from oven and place kisses firmly in the center until cookie cracks around edge. Return to oven for 2-5 mins until golden brown. Cool.
