How to prepare Fettuccine with Lemon and Parsley.
- 250 kg Fettuccine Pasta
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Lemon (squeeze and keep the juice)
- 1 Cup Milk or Cream
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- First cook Fettuccine Pasta as mentioned on the pack.
- Heat butter in a medium frying pan, when butter melts add the squeezed lemon juice and milk.
- Saute and stir the lemon juice and milk with butter for about 1 minute and .
- Place a serving dish and toss in Fettuccine and parsley.
