Fettuccine with Lemon and Parsley


How to prepare Fettuccine with Lemon and Parsley.


  • 250 kg Fettuccine Pasta
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Lemon (squeeze and keep the juice)
  • 1 Cup Milk or Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Preparation Method:

  1. First cook Fettuccine Pasta as mentioned on the pack.
  2. Heat butter in a medium frying pan, when butter melts add the squeezed lemon juice and milk.
  3. Saute and stir the lemon juice and milk with butter for about 1 minute and .
  4. Place a serving dish and toss in Fettuccine and parsley.
