Ingredients to make Paala Undrallu:

1 cup rice flour

2 1/2 cups water

1 cup sugar

1 cup grated coconut

1 cup milk

1/2 cup seasame seeds

Ā¼ tsp Elachi Powder (cardamom Powder)

Paala Undrallu Preparation Method:

Take a coconut pieces and grind it into powder. Keep it aside in a bowl. Take a bottom vessel, add water to it and get boiled, now take the rice flour and add it to the boiled water.

Reduce the flame. Stir it well and cover with the lid, switch off the flame.

Leave it for few minutes to get cooled. Make small balls and keep it aside.

Take one more bottom vessel add water for boiling. When the water is boiling add sugar to it. Boil till the sugar gets melt. Stir well till the sugar gets into syrup.

Now take the rice flour balls and add to the boiling sugar syrup and mix it well slowly.

Add a cup of milk to the syrup and let the rice flour balls get cooked in that syrup.

Add granted coconut, sea same powder and elachi powder to it and make it thick syrup.

Turn off the flame and your taste sweet kudumulu & paala undrallu is ready.
