Pepper Egg Roast, Muttai Milagu Fry Recipe, Miriyalu Guddu Vepudu
Ingredients to make Boiled Egg Roast:
4 boiled Eggs
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
4 garlic slices
½ tsp pepper
¼ cumin seeds
¼ tsp fennel
1 tbsp oil
Salt as required to taste
Miriyalu Guddu Vepudu Preparation Method:
1) Take together the cumin seeds, fennel and pepper corns in a mixer and bring it like a powder.
2) Heat oil in a frying pan on simmer flame for a minute, add the turmeric powder, stay for a minute and add the pepper powder and fry till good aroma comes out.
3) Cut the boiled eggs and add them in the frying mix, fry for a minute and switch off, serve.
