How to prepare Chicken Stew with Peppers and Peaches Recipes.
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Slices
- 1/2 Water
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Small Can Peaches
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Red Pepper
- This is a Crock Pot Recipe.
- Mix Boneless Chicken Breast Slices with Soy Sauce, except Peaches, Cornstarch and Bell Pepper in a 3-6 quart Crock Pot. Cook it for 7 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high heat.
- Slowly stir the mixture add Peach Juice and Cornstarch into Crock Pot. mix slowly the peaches and red pepper. Cook for 15 more minutes and serve hot.
Variation: You can try Pineapple rather than Peaches. Use Chicken Broth instead of Water.
