Chicken Stew with Peppers and Peaches


How to prepare Chicken Stew with Peppers and Peaches Recipes.


  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Slices
  • 1/2 Water
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Small Can Peaches
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Red Pepper

Preparation Method:

  1. This is a Crock Pot Recipe.
  2. Mix Boneless Chicken Breast Slices with Soy Sauce, except Peaches, Cornstarch and Bell Pepper in a 3-6 quart Crock Pot. Cook it for 7 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high heat.
  3. Slowly stir the mixture add Peach Juice and Cornstarch into Crock Pot. mix slowly the peaches and red pepper. Cook for 15 more minutes and serve hot.

Variation: You can try Pineapple rather than Peaches. Use Chicken Broth instead of Water.
