Kobbari Mamidikaya Pachadi | Pachi Mamidikaya Kobbari Pachadi

Ingredients to make Kobbari Mamidikaya Pachhadi :

1 cup of freshly grated coconut

3/4 cup raw mango, peeled and grated

1 1/2 tbsps coriander seeds

3/4 tsp cumin seeds

5 dry red chillis (If you like Spicy add more chillis)

7-8 garlic flakes

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

8-10 fresh curry leaves

1/2 tsp minappa pappu (split black gram)

1-2 dry red chillis, de-seed and tear

1/2 tsp oil

14 -15 curry leaves

salt to taste

1 tsp oil


Kobbari Mamidikaya Pachhadi Preparation Method:

Take coconut break it and remove the water and grind coconut into powder. Keep it aside .Now take mango and peel the skin and grind it to powder.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chillies.

Fry them for a minute and let it splutter.

Now add curry leaves, garlic flakes and red chillies fry them till it changes its colour.

Now grind the spices and add salt, grinded coconut powder, mango powder to it.

Add water to make into paste.

Heat oil in the pan add cumin seeds, black gram and mustard seeds let them fry for a minute and add dried red chillies, curry leaves fry it and switch off the flame.

Now add to the grinded kobbari mamidikaya pachadi. Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
