Schezwan Veg Fried Rice recipe is an Indo Chinese dish which is very simple and fast to prepare at house. If you’ve got leftover rice and schezwan fried rice masala at house, then this dish will be made in a jiffy. You shouldn’t have to strain your self making schezwan sauce at house, all you want is schezwan fried rice masala to make this. Believe me, it tasted similar to restaurants. Today we are going to learn to make Schezwan veg fried rice following this simple recipe.
- Cooked Rice – 3 cups (Basmati rice or regular white rice)
- Garlic minced – 2 tbsp
- Ching’s Secret Miracle Schezwan Fried Rice masala -2 tsp flat
- Onion -1 finely chopped
- Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp
- Carrot 2 medium diced
- Cabbage a cup
- Capsicum any color diced
- Oil – 2 – 2 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
First Cook Basmati rice or regular white rice in such a way that each grains are separate. Shred cabbage and chop all the vegetables finely.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, garlic and saute till onions turn transparent.
Then add cabbage , carrot and capsicum together with spring onion greens and stir fry for two minutes on high flame. Add Schezwan fried rice masala, add salt to taste and stir fry for one more 2 minutes. Then add cooked rice and blend properly.
Add pepper powder to taste. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
If wanted, you can also make Vegetable manchurian gravy or gobi manchurian as a side dish for Schezwan veg fried rice.
