Ingredients to make Chicken Masala Balls:

1/2 kg boneless chicken pieces

1 large onion finely sliced

8-10 fresh green chillis

5-6 dry red chillis (adjust to your choice)

15 garlic flakes

3″ piece ginger chopped

small bunch chopped coriander leaves

3 tbsps coriander seeds

1 tbsp cumin seeds

2″ cinnamon stick

3 green cardamoms

5-6 cloves

20 cashewnuts

salt to taste

oil for deep frying

Chicken Balls Preparation Method:

For this chicken masala balls recipe you need to choose boneless chicken. Take it into a bowl and clean the chicken.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, red chillies and cashews fry it well on a medium flame. Remove from the pan and keep it aside to get cool.

Take the fried ingredients and grind them into paste. Add chopped onions and ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies and grind them.

Now add the boneless chicken and salt grind it into a fine paste. It should be in smooth texture.

Now take the paste from the blender into a bowl and add a tablespoon of oil. Heat oil for deep fry and then make the mixture into small balls.

Once check whether the oil is ready for deep fry. Now dip the chicken balls in the deep oil. Fry it till the balls gets crispy, golden colour. Serve Chicken Masala Balls hot with sauce or chutney.
