Ingredients for Methi Sprouts:

4 roasted chappies

1 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves (Methi Leaves)

1 cup sprouted green grams

2 tbsp green chili pieces

¼ tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

Some soft dough for binding the edges of the rolls.

¼ cup oil

Salt as required

For Garlic Spread:

4 garlic cloves – sliced

½ small onion – chopped

½ cup yoghurt

½ tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp red chili powder

1 pinch asafetida

1 tbsp oil

Salt as required

Garlic Spread Preparation:

1) Heat 1 spn oil in a frying pan and fry the cumin seeds and fry garlic slices (1 minute), onion chop (till turns slightly brown), switch off.

2) When it cool down, add the prepared fry in the yoghurt and stir mix well, set it aside.

Fenugreek Curry, Methi Curry:

1) Boil the sprouted green gram, keep aside.

2) Heat a frying pan with 1 spn oil, sauté the green chili chop.

3) Next add the cleaned (water) fenugreek leaves in the chili and fry.

4) After a minute, add in the boiled sprouts, turmeric and season with salt.

5) When the water is drained and comes like a curry, add the lemon juice and stir well gently, switch off the flame.

6) Now take the roasted chapathi, place some Methi mix in the middle and the garlic spread on the outer side of the fenugreek mix.

7) Fold the chapathi tightly. Bind the edges (not the side edges) with some dough and heat a little or fry for 15 to 20 secs and take it.

8) Take care not over fry the rolls.

9) Sprouts Wrap is ready.
